If ANY investor is looking for transparency he needs to look at NON PINK SHEET companies. Pink Sheet companies HAVE NO REPORTING REQUIREMENTS WHATSOEVER. As OTC specifically, unconditionally, categorically states: "Pink is a speculative trading marketplace..."
