PS Reminder that I would expect after discovery (and separately after launch - if it gets to that point) Momenta will assert additional claims and/or patents...

I'm no legal mind, but I don't understand why MNTA would wait until *after* discovery to assert other patents?

Why wouldn't MNTA throw everything they had at Amphastar in an attempt to get a TRO or PI? IOW, who knows what might stick, so why not throw everything against them?
