PS Amusingly the OCR they use in electronically capturing the legal rulings stinks.

I must confess that was my OCR of one page. The document was partly in text and partly image. And not clear it was the OCR, for some reason the cut and paste introduced errors.

I once asked a litigator why documents are filed sometimes in text, sometimes as images. To make life tougher for the other side was his response. In the case of this document there were redactions and no doubt time was a factor so that may play a role. Or not.
