The point is moot! When submitting a budget in any endeavor (business or personal) or a quotation to do business you always submit in far excess of what is actually needed knowing there will be negotiation to a middle ground. Of course these numbers are over-inflated. Have you never negotiated anything?

Seems no one invests anymore. Just Shorty, Flipper, Pumper, Basher and Bid Sitter. Did I miss any?
