As I mentioned last week, BGS and SHKZ.PK have been analyzing acquisition, merger and LOI candidates in Solar and peripheral synergetic industries.

Our mission is to bring the strongest and hungriest groups into the fold for circularly synergetic association that will bring one of the most powerful business models for expedited, scalable and ongoing growth that Solar has ever seen.

Over the next 2 weeks, Shaka Shoes will announce multiple mergers and acquisitions . We currently have countersigned LOIs and are entering into the contract phase with Belvedere Global Strategies and the following two companies:

* Classic Conservatories, a custom-design sunroom and conservatory company

We look forward to sharing specific details on the mergers and acquisitions in the near future as we continue to focus on the alternative energy sector, specifically residential and commercial solar power genre. We're accepting IPO/Merger Submissions for qualified companies with a minimum annual revenue track record of $10m over the past 3 years and a solid growth curve.
