NVS does have an exclusive license on the patents, thus the fact that MNTA owns them does not matter.

That’s unclear, IMO; however, we agree that NVS should not be entitled to a portion of the Amphastar royalties, so there’s probably no point in our dissecting the ownership-vs-license matter in more detail.
