Every day of exclusivity helps, of course, but the more bullish aspect of today’s action is that the Judge did not dismiss MNTA’s suit out of hand, but rather suggested a willingness to consider MNTA’s request for limited expedited discovery.

Given that the judge didn't dismiss the suit today, this must mean the odds of MNTA getting that went up, even if some small degree and even if the overall odds on that outcome are still low.
