Let me say this, I am an investors because i perceive that this is a values play, But I refuse to fully commit until i can verify that indeed my perception is in conformity to reality. I have never seen a company making money that refuses to supply basic information like share structure and audited financial. or refuses to file the necessary papers to be current. That is the right of every stock holder. I am not begging for anything that is not reasonable. The constant negativity is a drag, but the stock price is down because the company refuses to supply owners the proper verification to prove that indeed they have value. Now if anyone wants to view this as a put down too bad! your post is very chilling because i posted yesterday about possible dispiriting of the investment community by the company. Your posts have provided a possible reason other that the one i eluded to. Thanks for your insight! Mr Black if you read this, let me say unlike others that i believe you are responsible for the decline in share holder value. You have posted wonderful Pr's. you give only the scanty amount of info. possible. This stock would be flying in spite of flippers who are common to every holdings in pennies, if you would do the responsible and reasonable thing like most Ceo's.
