I wonder if I can start my own 10 year exclusive coffee shop across NYSE: RKT's chain and give them a 20% discount on the coffee (which comes out to exactly the same price I charge everybody else) and let me stay there for free. Surely they'll say "why not, you are fronting the costs...come on in, Raw, we'll give you, and only you, 24/7/365 access for 10 years to our facilities and our communications director will remark nonstop about how excited we are and who cares if the coffee tastes like vomit? we'll do zero DD while you serve us disgusting coffee for 10 years and roam about our place"
