I gotta say, they really sweetened most everyones buttocks in the past couple of months though...
For example, sounded like everyone loved their:
"please send your dedicated investor questions to dear old Captn Noah/Bens" - "pre selected" answerable questions conference call... Not to mention the continous shpeal of efinix/Realtime/trader future plans to when the company will push the "software" products on their "dedicated" trading customers then hit the "pro" brokerages,

The only thing Id really like to see from any legal action would be any/all historic (inside) communications from/to the company from/to members on this message board. AKA : "who" knew "what, when, where, why"..... and sometimes "how"... along with their trading history....

Any and all info gained would be utilized for my own inquisitive nature since the company right now is worth less than nothing (in the red) and has a "less" than anything future ahead of it minus some horse sheet MOMO play that will only create more bagholders.
Side note:
I say!!!.... We all work together and make the protestors camp'n on wallstreet, include in their demands, that "all private individual investors" be permitted "short trading" for any/every pinksheet/OTC company, should the investor be qualified/liable there of... (aka margin acct)
Next we go for selling (writing) pinkstink "PUT" and "CALL" options!!!!
