You might argue that San Diego and Venice share a lot of reuse, except for a chopped cache on the 512k part, but Toledo is a different design altogether.

Toledo and Manchester simply have another core added. Everything else is present in the single-core K8s, including the 2-ported SRQ, which has 1 port unused in single-core K8s.
