...thanks for info, but they own only 10% of IROG - yes? So they could bleed their tiny % of shares comparably any way they want and I dont see how it could effect IROG more then ... well a 10% impact.

...perhaps I am missing why you think they hold a stronger 'death-clutch' then what their filings say...
