No worry for me, as I am not buying this stock.

Irog came across as it hit 52 week low price. Went through the fillings saw Alpha Capital Anstalt.

Alpha Capital Anstalt is a toxic funder based in Europe without much info on them. http://www.unclever.com/wavx/finance/060124Alpha.htm.
If you go through their portfolio http://www.fatpitch.biz/cgi-bin/f.cgi/ps...
you will find out that most companies at this point are on the edge of bankruptcy or trading at pennies.

What is really calling my attention that the exercise price in the each Material Definitive Agreement is always set higher than trading range price for the stock on the filling days.
Why is that?
once Alpha steps in, the stock would bleed slowly to the death.
