This is great news so I would assume today will be a down day. I wish I saw a different pattern, but seems to me that everytime we get good news this goes down. I appreciate everyone on this board and dont want to be a downer. Can only hope funding is close behind this announcement. I emailed Val the other day and asked him where we were at with funding after his PR about the pre-paid cards. This was his response:

Unfortunately I cannot control the market response to the PRs. I thought it was a substantial step for additional revenues. The company is still moving forward rather slowly nut as I stated ina July PR I will do what it takes and we have been making progress. Sure it would be great if an investment entity writes a check, but we cannot wait around so we are taking steps forward everyday while they may seem small they will be done. We are still in negotiations with all funding sources and countinue to have faith that one of them will commit, but until they do we are still working.
