Huh? #1) If the information on OTC cannot be updated until everything is complete, exactly how did the erroneous updated information on their website get there in the first place? it was updated by someone, somewhere, somehow.
#2) If your explanation has any truth to it whatsoever, then 37+ Million shares with the new cusip # must exist somewhere. Thats very odd ... and disturbing. It is also odd that the 37,538,354 showing is exactly 1% of the March 18, 2011 OS. Why would someone, or several someones, already own shares with the new cusip # while the over whelming majority of shareholders are stuck with the old cusip # and will not be able to trade their shares because of the mandatory cert exchange?
Whats even more disturbing is, if what you say is true and OTC only shows shares with the new cusip, 32,865,998 of the new cusip # shares have already been sold into the float!! Who is selling those shares? The simplest explanation is that the company has already entered into a private convertible funding and that the lender has already sold the shares he/she was given as collateral.
