NO NO NO... it's just like saying if the Federal Reserve System
was unconstitutional, we'd see it challenged in court.

NOT the case.

Only congress can coin money and set the value of if... that's it.
There is NO ambiguity there, zero.

but the FED is not challenged, is it.... except of course by Ron Paul
