SpongeTech was a good company with real products across the US. There was nothing fake about Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Costco, Kmart and many others.

Read court documents about Mosky and Meathead placing product in the store somewhere and then buying it all back. There NEVER was a single product outside of NJ stores within practical walking distance to M&M and a store they can carry the display in so they can carry it right back out. How else do you think they and and the promoters got some pictures. It was ALL phony. M&M bought some old discarded crap sponge from some China flea market and the SCAM was born.
