it's too late to react. big players are no better than us, the little folks, at these depressed price levels.

trying to take a $1M position in cts at these levels would amount to picking up something like 10M shares -- just not possible.

as such, imo, everyone is bottomfeeding for what they can get at these price levels for as long as possible. if formal news were to be released that assets exceed liabilities going into confirmation, i suspect that the pps for cts, preferred, and even commons would all get a massive shot of adrenaline.
