I would think that any of the small Bancas would suffer the same fate along with CGAQ? What would motivate a company to put new machines into local legal bancas with the tax requirements stated? What would the profit margin for the owner/operator be if they would have to pay Caribbean Cage LLC for the system, pay a monthly fee to them, taxes, overhead? Bancas are located all over the DR in local towns not frequently visited by tourists, since no locals can go to them, how do or will they survive? How does the LOTTO survive when the local population can’t play at any Bancas? The statement that I quote you below, the same thing applies to CGAQ and GGL, CGAQ has the casino and banca licenses, GGL & CGAQ have a license to build Kiosks in the DR. Is CGAQ NOT established? Does CGAQ, GGL have the same opportunity for the Banca business? JMHO

They are shipped to now established casinios and bancas, Whoever hods a license is grandfathered in
as long as he has the slots in a Banca or Casino.. Only foreign tourists will be permitted to play.
