Not really... He's just tapped in to a gullible market. His prs have the typical pinkie script. Most have included wildly exaggerated valuation numbers or hard to trace partners or inflated values of easy to get assets. And then there have been the typical promotions with the likes of buyins or shakerz with the sole purpose of dumping more shares or diverting attention from failure to bogus mythical boogiemen shorts. Fortuneately it's almost played out.
