I have heard a few thoughts from other investors from behind the scenes that only shared their opinions of EIHC to me. Some believe that an S-8 is almost done to stop the dumping that has been going on and others believe that it is a Convertible Debenture (CD) that is almost done to stop the bleeding.

Actually, I don't know which it is and personally I won't kill many brain cells trying to figure it out. I am only concern that it stops and that the company begins to move forward of which I believe such will happen. I truly believe that .01 per share is the bottom. I wouldn't think that it could go much lower although I have seen stranger things.
