Fallen Gem, actually...

I think it was an S-8 that was done a little while back on May 4, 2011 for 20 million shares and from looking at the company's volume history, they should be about done... I think. I think after one or two million shares of solid buying, the remaining S-8 shares will have been taken out. Heck, maybe three or four million max from guessing at the volume history over the past few months.

They a few things in the hopper that I think will get it over .10 in the future. They already have signed some key deals with some multi-billion dollar companies and I think more news is coming although I am not sure of any time-lines.
