The plan was about the distributions and nothing was declared what to do next after. We still don't know how they will decide if the distribution will continue to the last penny or will take the road to a reorganized company. Nothing is officially declared at this time. To get back into business is just a pure speculation right now.
In my opinion, I would like to see LBHI to get back into business because I am afraid of having part of the distributed asset in the form of promissory note's. lol!..Unless they manage to increase the distributable asset to about 9B more.
The borrowings = 99B Minus 25B reduction from Whilmington = 74B Minus distributable asset of 25B = 9B
But I remember you said that the distributable asset was 74B on one of your posts.
