Lazard Capital puts the odds of Micron (MU, $4.59, -$0.45, -8.93%) winning its price-fixing case with Rambus (RMBS, $14.11, +$0.11, +0.79%) at less than half. A verdict is likely to come this week, and the investment bank says the evidence presented by RMBS is similar to that used in other winning cases while MU's main defense hinges on commentary from chip giant Intel (INTC, $20.86, -$0.48, -2.23%) that it dropped RMBS technology because of delays and flaws. But even if MU loses, there will be an appeal.
