You dont have to be directly affected to be hurt. Just like many years ago when they implemented the $25k daytrading rule. It didn't affect me but certainly killed a ton of volume, thus affecting everyone in the end. There will be less liquid plays thus less chances to make $$ in the otcbb/pink market
