Soldier; Do you see anything in AXST chart?- a Pink with big insider buying..

I have had shares for year or so, and seen them jump from 6 to 20 cents recently.

They have a Sprint contract for $7.6M, and rumor to get a Verizon sale?

What do you see in that chart, if anything? Not pumping it, just asking?

I wonder why the insiders buy at open market- which would be hurt if they were going to dilute?
