Just my observation, but looks like they will/have changed the business model to phone assistance for retail customer's computer issues.

Their anti-virus/cyber defender software could not compete with Mcfee and other big names, so perhaps they become more of a direct service ? And we have become much more of a service orientated economy...

Looks like they can now hook directly into customer's hard drive and monitor units online with an 800 phone call?

New CEO and new directions, might warrant the buck pop and staying there?

Have to watch it for next few weeks.. TBSI was one hell of a ride, good luck..
