Len I don't disagree with your basic premise.

I said its better to err on the side of caution. To me its just an academic discussion and I suspect that the legal reality probably depends on how a judge defines material information and possibly fiduciary relationships.

I was actually curious if anyone had any solid and real expertise on the subject but as far as I can tell everyone has the same vague general sense that I do.
