yup then JD took two of those insiders here, one a Qmod/grouprep...and the other a Qgroup/rep... and gave them both 15M or more shares of nhsh, in the 49MFF of N

yup gave both those peeps approximately 35M shares at a SP .0015... and did this in the time frame of APRIL 25-28 2011.....

thats also the same time that those two peeps were putting in place a freeze of the commonshareholders now known as a PP...
so the boiler-room peeps had it boiled down to this:

they received 35M FF Nshares to spread around at .0015SP
as a reward for freezing approximately 300 commonshareholders, out of any possibility of getting any value return on their individual investments.

this play engineered by JD was a (small)group freezing a (300)group....
to a loss of about $3,600,000.00 dollars.

no wonder JD gave them 35 million shares of his new shell NHSH.
