We can think of this as an exploratory trial. I'm not sure what assumptions they used when powering this trial, but the information from this trial will be important in determining the size of the phIII trial if they decide to proceed to one.

To me, the fact that it hit the PFS and RR endpoints suggests that it does have activity. OS trending in the right direction is also a positive. It's mainly a question of the magnitude of the benefit, which isn't revealed in the press release.
