The AS was raised, but that's no guarantee they'll use it. I've seen other companies with huge AS, but their OS has remained low. But you are correct that it could be used down the road if needed.
As to what the contracts are for, there are some details in the two PRs.
The MWW interior package produced for the Ford F-150 includes several dashboard components, which will all be finished and delivered from the MWW Class-A painting facility in Baroda, Michigan. This is the second new automotive program that has been awarded to MWW in the last two months after the start of production for the new Chevy Sonic.
The MWW interior component package produced for the Chevrolet Sonic includes Door Trim, Window Console Covers, Trim Bars and Door Pulls, all finished and delivered from MWW's Colortek Class-A painting facility in Baroda, Michigan.
Dollar amounts? You're right. We don't know. They can't give definite numbers because it's going to depend on number of units produced in three years, and that's going to be determined by market demand. I suppose you could ask for net profit per unit sold, but I bet they won't have a definite number on that until a month's worth of production.
I imagine you will get the details in an upcoming conference call or PR per the below statement. These guys have been pretty honest and straightforward. No reason to doubt them on the following quote.
