I'm not gonna try that link because I get the feeling it'll be a painful download on dialup. Too bad. I'd like to see it. Maybe later tonight when Darth isn't trying to share bandwidth with me.

Didn't know about the 4-bdrm house. Not that it would've mattered, come to think of it. We've got ourselves a room at Imperial Palace, which we love.

I've suggested she add a couple of days onto the end of our "vacation" out there but don't know if she'll do it. I know I'm going to do very little gambling those nights and lots of sleeping. She's used to me gambling until about 4 in the morning and getting up at 9. I know how the track weekend thing goes. Drive all day, get some Chinese takeout, eat it in the room, and wake up 10 hours later.

Just got the materials from the school in the mail. I'm so pumped about this, especially seeing the pics, etc. And I see they'll pick me up from the hotel in the morning and drop me off at night. Most excellent.

Oh, and since we won't need the rental car (that's the rationalization we're using), my wife said we'll add an extra day of gambling to the beginning or end of our trip. She'd like to come out to the track for an hour or two to watch, but doesn't want to be stranded out there and doesn't want to rent a car to drive 45 miles each way in a relatively strange town.

Hmmm... You can buy these cars as turn-keys starting at about $28k? Dang, that's tempting! Hope I don't get too hooked while I'm out there.

The paperwork they sent me asks nothing about experience, so maybe when I'm out there I'll get a chance to try to beg out of some of that school time in lieu of more track time. <g>
