That could be a bit of stretch but clearly not out of the question.

SNEY is on the edge here. The stock could easily collapse on any large shareholder choosing to quit waiting and instead make money. SNEY could be a runner in the future but is clearly a poor hold at the moment.

At .003 they will have a market cap of 4.5m with current OS and 6m fully diluted. I feel 4.5m could be a bit cheap based on the potential value of the concession but at the same time the concession only has a value if there is a proper management team to oversee the company. That is the real problem at the moment. Its hard to say current management is worth anything. They fail to deliver on their own created timelines and than choose to go quite rather than continue to look bad on failing to deliver.

All in all the corporate value is clearly too high here. We currently have a cap of 11.25m. Without the removal of Parent and replacing the CEO I feel that is at least 30% too high. Of course that is opinion and others could feel the company is worth 20+m here.

Precious metals are clearly showing signs that they topped out and REE's could quickly become another one of the many investor bubbles. SNEY had a great window of opportunity to exploit the rapid price appreciation in there market but like most actions by management, failed to deliver in the proper timeline.
