Can you point me to the information? Im going by the other definition provided and based on the definition of a fiduciary low level employees would not apply.

I don't claim to have much knowledge on the topic but if you do provide it or your comments are basically useless.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
