I don't believe a tip from a salesman or secretary would fall under the umbrella of fiduciary duty.

Lower level insiders are generally exempt from reporting requirements and things along those lines so while not a lawyer if someone from the loading dock tips you off that there have been alot of shipments going to motorola this month I wouldn't think it would be illegal although Im not a lawyer.

When posting on VMC boards all postings should have a symbol in the header and if foreign please post both US and Foreign symbols.
