The big question is in what sense more comfortable?
A. More comfortable because Starr may have been promised by CCME to get a bigger piece of the cake in case the legal outcome of the lawsuit would end in a compromise between the two of them, or
B. More comfortable because CCME may have convinced Starr that they are financially in (relative) good shape and, therefore, his CCME shares are not worthless.
A. would be positive only for Starr but negative for individual investors, B. would be somewhat positive also for individual investors.
It seems to me that the Starr lawsuit is not going to do anything positive or negative for individual investors? Our only chance is the proof of only a limited case of 'fraud' on the part of CCME.
