I've done my MYFT DD on Kevin. I'm not impressed, are you? MH was a bean counter too, at least he had experience in the industry. Kevin hasn't.

The profiles you will find about Kevin speak much of energy sector. The SEC filings you will find on him speak nothing of energy sector.

The energy company he claims to have been at for last 6 years is 3 years old. Relative in CA has deeper roots.

Seems he escaped two previous SEC investigations by the skin on his teeth at 2 prior companies, at the same time or just shortly after his employ.

I'm still waiting to see how bad you guys got screwed
by MFW (transfer of CMD) & AllModes deal not finalized.
