Well, they took the nuclear option and instead of doing a 1-5 or 1-10 R/S that would be as they said in their initial filings "in the best interests of current shareholders", they decided to crush current shareholders and almost completely wipe most of them out. A 520/1 R/S effectively accomplishes that. If you have 100k shares, you will now have about 192 shares. 300k shares leaves you with 577 shares. The pre split share price will be multiplied by 520 which at its current price of .005 would be $2.60 a share post R/S. Of course if they are now going to announce who the merger candidate or acquisition is, and its a good one, that price could be higher. If they can manage $5.00 or more per share in the future, it will take some of the losses away. Might as well hang onto your shares and maybe down the road a year or two they will come back in with a forward split or two and/or some dividends.
