If CCME is truly a fraud...why would Starr waste his time suing since the company has no real assets...

I don't think, sorry, guess CCME is a complete fraud? I guess their cash value is probably somewhere between 20 - 30% of what they claim to have.
Why should Starr not sue CCME? He knows not more than we do from reading the various reports on CCME (and our various guesses are between 0 and 100%). The proof, he copied for his law suit Deloitte's accusations, nothing else.
Starr will get something back, we presumably nothing. By the way, what future and credit worhiness does CCME have now to continue their business? I bet they have now tremendous problems borrowying money from banks.
I say all that even though I have in the meantime quadrupled my holdings on CCME to 25k; but I gambled; and because I am stubborn and fight against windmills.
My reasoning says, give up... But hope is eternal because hope is beyond reason!
