Arrow, I agree with you on the RECEIVABLES...

We all know that SEVU was in the process of a Massive build up of its Network of DEALERS for the Under-water cameras... They all bought stock around the same period and depending on the amount of time granted for payment, 30 to 90 days, a large RECEIVABLE position would naturally build up to the end of JUNE 2000...

While the underwater cameras Receivables Overhang issue should soon be under control, this situation is likely to continue during the next 2 Quarters, as quantities of "SecureView" will also be delivered to Dealers... This goes a long way towards explaining why McBride chose the Direct Marketing route, via TV Commercials in the first place: payments are debited from Credit cards, immediately upon delivery!...
