I and a couple of others pleaded and screamed for years in an attempt to get some life/bench testing done. The purpose of such testing is proof of concept and to expose any weaknesses in the design or the manufacturing process. These weaknesses can then be fixed and the data can be shown to prospective buyers/investors.

Jim evidently thought that he could bs someone into paying 10's if not 100's of millions of dollars for a set of drawings. His approach was always doomed but he was stubborn to a fault. Hopefully the new management team can, now that they have a little cash cushion, do what should have been done a decade ago. I hate to use this particular cliche but it truly is product development 101. The mismanagement that occurred for at least a decade is a real shame for the company, the investors, and the Rochester community. Why it was allowed to continue is unknown to me but the Gleasman family had the votes and therefore must take the responsibility.

I haven't tried and am probably incapable of sorting it out. Can any one out there give a reasonable estimate of the dilution that took place due to this last refunding effort? Thanks---Zendo
