it would be if one understands it well enough

to not get tripped up by the judge

this works in higher courts as well

but for minor traffic incidences

worst that can happen if one does get tripped up

my first time

the judge doubled my fine for wasting the courts time

both officers that issued my citation were present

and had to wait along with me for the courtroom to empty

just looked at it as the cost of going to school

have had the pleasure of watching others success (6) so far

and have been successful administratively myself

4x after my first attempt being another learning experience

which was less than exempler, lol


when statutory law comes against you or others of like mind

that is the opportunity to test one's knowledge

or learn in the process
