It looks like this lawsuit stuff is going to be around for quite awhile so it would appear that any hypothesis revolving around JBI waiting to give an update or other news until the lawsuit plantiff period was over is now water under the bridge.
So, maybe we will get our update or piece of news in the next week or two
People said on this board that JB said at the AGM in June that his plan was to be cash flow positive within 12 months. I am hoping he was being conservative and basing it on reporting and, in turn, we can be officially cash flow positive by March 31, 2012.
