I had asked earlier when the plaintiffs bought their shares and whether they were sold. No one has provided a reply. Could it be they bought the shares after the restatement. Is it possible that they still hold their shares and have no loss.
All stocks fluctuate and because the PPS is less than the purchase price it does not mean it had anything to do with a mistake in the financial statements.

Which Plaintiff had a loss of 100,000 - missed that.
