Total waste of time for everyone involved. First off, Pascoe only lost around $800. I can't believe that any lawyer would bother with such a piddly amount. Secondly, the whole premise that news of the 10K restatement was responsible for the loss is flawed since the pps was in decline 3 weeks before the announced restatement and was part of a price correction to a spike resulting from earlier news. The restatement came at the end of the correction -- not the beginning. In short, the suit was fatally flawed from the start. It has little chance of getting anywhere.
