Eldorado to Trade on the American Stock Exchange
Monday January 13, 8:32 am ET


VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 13, 2003-- Eldorado Gold Corporation (the "Company" or "Eldorado") (TSX:ELD - News) is pleased to announce that the United States Securities & Exchange Commission signed the order declaring the Company's registration statement on Form 40-F effective on January 10, 2003. In addition, Eldorado has received approval for the listing of its common shares on the American Stock Exchange (the "AMEX"). Eldorado's shares will begin trading on the AMEX on January 23, 2003 under the stock symbol EGO.
