My only positive spin I can put on that is that since this a Chinese company they wanted to publish a corporate profile from an American Marketing agency. Plus even at .70 when they first promoted the stock the volume was next to Nil. So maybe they got the bright idea to increase share interest and volume so they will eventually meet min volume requirement for a more credible trading forum than the OTC market.
All I know is that the promo failed in share price and maybe in volume too. But I am waiting patiently for proof of a real company behind this and for the whole world to see it.
