At this point I don't think that raising margin requirements on futures contracts any further is able to drive the spot price down much, because the demand for physical silver is too high. Physical silver is already all sold out everywhere I know. The futures traders can stop buying futures contracts, but the number of people willing to take delivery of physical silver will support the spot price. I'm assuming that AGQ is based on the spot price, but I'm no expert on it. Anyone with more knowledge on relationship between the futures price and the spot price, and between the spot price and AGQ, please post.
