Stipulation speculation (addendum): I should have noted in #msg-67390599 that a possible reason there has been no announcement of a no-launch stipulation is that the terms are still being negotiated. I think this is a more likely explanation for secrecy than the one mentioned in #msg-67390599 (that the parties want to stay out of the FTC’s crosshairs).

Of course, there might not be anything going on behind the scenes vis-à-vis a no-launch stipulation; however, if there isn’t, the question of why MNTA hasn’t asked for a TRO remains unanswered.
