Just speculation, but I think when we know the total picture we will be pleasantly surprised

How many deals have you been involved in with publicly traded companies? There is no speculation in what the deal entails and who the deal is with.

These are the bases from which my concerns develop. We do not have a firm deal that reflects exact amounts of money changing hands, or where the funds are going to land. We do not even know who the deal is with.

Currently all funds raised in SRSR are being transferred to Nio Star.

I have simplify the deal in my own mind. Scott is doing a merger with a 10 million dollar company. We will then potential receive shares if the can complete an IPO.

In my opinion this is what we have been offered for our 100 billion dollar property.
